The box office opens one and a half hours before the start of the performance.

Yes, there are group discounts:

• There is a 10% discount for groups of 10 or more.
• There is a 20% discount for groups of 20 or more.

These reductions apply when ordering the minimum number of tickets listed above for one performance at a time.

Every visitor needs their own card or their own seat. Children from the age of 6 are admitted to the Weinviertel Festival events (ID required).

We ask for your understanding that we do not allow dogs on the festival grounds.

For guests arriving by car, there is a guarded large car park (free of charge) around 2 km away. Before and after the performance, there is a shuttle service from and to this parking lot to the festival area.

In the Czech Republic, vignettes are compulsory on motorways. However, since you do not drive on any motorway to Mikulov from Austria, you do not need a vignette.

Yes, in cooperation with Elite-Reisen there is a bus shuttle service from Operngasse 4 (next to the Vienna State Opera) to the respective venue. The departure is always 2 hours before the start of the performance. The costs are € 20 from Vienna to Poysdorf and € 25 from Vienna to Mikulov.

The bus must be reserved in advance. Please contact Elite Reisen by email ([email protected]) or by phone at (+43 1 513 22 25).

On site, at the theater there are some parking spaces that we can keep free for visitors with special needs. Please notify us in advance that you are coming. ([email protected])

The performances of the Weinviertel Festival in Mikulov (Nikolsburg) are open-air events and take place in the open air. Even with inconsistent or unfavorable weather conditions, we endeavor to carry out the performances. We recommend our guests to give preference to warm and rainproof clothing in the event of bad weather forecast and to refrain from using umbrellas, as these restrict the unobstructed view.

The festival management reserves the right to postpone the start of the performance or to interrupt the performance due to weather conditions. A cancellation can be made at the beginning of the performance at the earliest and can only be given by the festival management on site.

If a performance is canceled by the organizer before the playing time has reached 60 minutes, the tickets can be returned to the advance booking offices where they were purchased. The reimbursement of the ticket money by the organizer is exclusive of shipping charges or other expenses. For organizational reasons, repayment at the cash desk is not possible.
